Individual Therapy in
Los Angeles & Pasadena
In my sessions, I integrate a trauma-informed approach using EMDR, mindfulness, somatic awareness, attachment, and parts language (IFS), to help you find a new perspective on the roadblocks that are keeping you stuck in negative cycles. What that looks like is different for everyone. For you, maybe it's depression, anxiety, procrastination, co-dependency, or addiction. If unresolved trauma responses are hijacking your nervous system, an integrated approach can help you find the clarity and self-compassion to address the emotional obstacles and patterns that are limiting your life and your relationships.

Couples & Relational Therapy
in Los Angeles
& Pasadena
Couples who come to therapy often find they are either “too intertwined” or their lives are so separate they’ve come to feel “like roommates.” Differing attachment styles and negative patterns of interaction can often result in conflict, disconnection, and loss of intimacy.
In couples therapy, I aim to bring those patterns to the forefront so we can find ways to change those patterns and the conversations that you're having (or not having) with your partner.
What would it be like to find the connection and joy that brought you and your partner together in the first place? After years or decades, are you wanting a new experience of yourself and your partner in your relationship?
I work with couples of all ages and backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ couples, couples in the early stages of partnership, and couples facing major life transitions.

EMDR Therapy
in Los Angeles & Pasadena
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a type of psychotherapy that is used to process traumatic memories or distressing experiences and physical sensations without having to tell the therapist the entire narrative of the original trauma. The focus of EMDR is to reduce the intensity, negative emotions, and harmful or overwhelming physical sensations associated with the memory by changing the way the memory is stored in the brain.
