I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and am currently practicing in Los Angeles, with offices in Culver City and Pasadena.

I offer a hybrid way of working--utilizing a mix of online and in-person sessions that suit your lifestyle and schedule.

A Bit About Me

I definitely took the scenic route on the way to becoming a therapist. A degree in journalism and communications landed me a job at an advertising agency.  After shooting my first commercial, I realized where I belonged.  With a move from the Midwest to Los Angeles, I started my career behind the camera and enjoyed (at least most days) a successful career in the film production industry for 25+ years (specifically advertising & TV commercials). There were other passions I explored over the years—travel, wildlife photography, and yoga. I am grateful to say that through the years I’ve had the love and support of my husband, family, and friends, and a few therapists who inspired me along the way.

I’m passionate about being a therapist and about working with people who are actively seeking a new and different experience of themselves and their relationships. Whether it’s about finding your purpose, understanding your past, or finding deeper connections in your relationships, I view myself as your guide and confidant along the way to being the best version of you.
