My approach...
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. We will explore the patterns and challenges that are keeping you stuck, and we will find an authentic and clear intention for our time together.

I draw from a broad range of trauma-informed modalities, including mindfulness, attachment repair, relational therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I incorporate evidence- based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and somatic techniques such as Community Resiliency Model (CRM) which help reduce the impact of trauma and chronic stress by re-setting the balance of the nervous system. With couples, I introduce PACT as a refreshing and direct approach for addressing miscommunication, chronic distancing, and tension that confuses many couples, irrespective of how long they've been together.
