My approach...

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. We will explore the patterns and challenges that are keeping you stuck, and we will find an authentic and clear intention for our time together. 

I draw from a broad range of trauma-informed modalities, including mindfulness, attachment repair, relational therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I incorporate evidence- based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and somatic techniques such as Community Resiliency Model (CRM)  which help reduce the impact of trauma and chronic stress by re-setting the balance of the nervous system.

Sessions offered virtually in California via telehealth.

In-person therapy is offered at offices in Los Angeles/Culver City area and Pasadena, CA.
